By downloading, accessing, or using the Qur'an Kareem application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not download or use the App. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the App.

2. Description of Service

Qur'an Kareem is a free, ad-free, and offline-friendly mobile application designed for reading, searching, and memorizing the Holy Qur'an. The App is developed and published by Earncial Global.

3. The Holy Qur'an Text

We take the sanctity of the Qur'an seriously. The Arabic text displayed in the App is sourced directly from the Tanzil Project. We do not claim ownership of the Qur'anic text, as it is the holy word of God.

• The text is provided as-is and is completely untouched and unmodified from its original source.
• While we strive for 100 percent accuracy, the App is a digital tool. For official religious rulings, Fatwas, or deep theological understanding, users should always consult with qualified scholars and Imams.

4. License and Intellectual Property

Earncial Global grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App on your mobile device strictly for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App's code, design, or graphics.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from Earncial Global.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for any notes, bookmarks, or data you create within the App. You agree not to use the App in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App's functionality.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Earncial Global makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of the App or the accuracy of the information provided. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely free of technical glitches.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Earncial Global be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
